every time i go here i get the young lady with the child and the man and they’re both super sweet people. i thought i was going to spend more on my design nails but i paid my normal price for full set and pedicure. the lady ALWAYS remembers what i like and don’t and ALWAYS remembers what to do with my nails without me having to even tell her even if i haven’t gone in a while!!!! im planning to go see her very soon i love how they remember u!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueOddest nail experience I’ve ever had. Had an appointment for a mani/pedi. Confirmed when I got there that I want a gel manicure and a pedicure. When I sat down there was a worker who was obviously sick with an upper respiratory infection (not good in the times of Covid). The guy that did my manicure just filed and buffer my nails but with no consistent shape-now some are round and some are square. Then he just started painting. I realized he was just giving me a color change. They didn’t even give me the pedicure. Thankfully I was only charged for a color change. Honestly, that was the best thing that could have happened because the it was the worst paint job I’ve ever had. The polish is uneven and there are bubbles. Went here on Tuesday at 6pm for a manicure. My appt was originally 615 but she asked me to come in sooner if I could. She removed dip and did manicure. Most rushed job I’ve ever seen. While my nails were drying she started closing down. Wearing her purse and yelling for her child to come on. She was standing in front just waiting for me to leave and my nails were still wet. It was very rude and I felt pressured to leave so I did. Even shutting off the nail fan ruined my nail. Three in total were already ruined when I got to my car, and her and her child were out the door immediately. Won’t be back.

I received a nail fungus from this place and have had to take my nails off for 6 months. I only went there for one full set then I went back for fill-ins and they looked so terrible that I had to go back the next day for a whole new set again. I thought I would come out of there very happy that I got a new set and instead they looked even worse. I would never go there again!!!!

I wanted holographic nails and i got charged 10$ for 4 glittery nails not holographic because my nails were too “short”.. to see it apparently but it’s “holographic”. I wanted my nails oval and a LITTLE shorter i got my nails basically cut down to nothing and she used nail clippers made them go inward i’ve never been so unhappy with my nails…. She didn’t listen to a word i said about how i wanted them done I absolutely hate them the length everything she didn’t get some of the sides AND they HURT such a waste of 55!!!!!!!!
