I really didn’t want to leave a review as I would rather direct message the owner. However I can’t seem to find a way to do that and I am currently traveling. I literally just noticed this. I went in less than 48 hours ago and I am very disappointed that my gel on my toes is already off 1 toe and peeling off others. This is the 2nd time this has happened with this place. The first time I thought it was a fluke so I gave them another try. I get regular pedicures from a different salon and I never have issues with the gel coming off. I wanted to go to Luxury because they had a better selection of colors even though they are way more pricey than my other place. I just left for vacation and now I have to deal with my toes missing color and it looks so bad.

My girlfriend went back to get her nails redone, they did great the first time. When she went back the employees were extremely rude and were tell her no when she asked them to redo one of her nails. She went back the following day and the same lady refused to do the nail and she made another employee do it. Extremely rude and unprofessional, it was the employees mistake in the first place and they refused and acted like they did nothing wrong. 10/10 do not recommend. They charged extra for fixing their mistake. Will never return to this location.

Clean, yes. Convenient, yes. But my over $100 pedicure lasted less than 3 days. My polish started coming off in 3 days and everything was gone in 8. I was so disappointed. They were also pretty rough with my feet and I have a high tolerance.

Daughter has had her nails done there twice and pedicure once. Nails looked great both times but the 2nd time they were chipping a day later ( gel polish) . The 2 gentleman doing her nails and toenails at same time were unfortunately not very personable they didn’t say a word to her or I the whole time and when I gave them each a 10 dollar (over 20%) tip individually they didn’t even really say thank you. Was a little disappointed in the “experience ” as it seemed rushed and clinical and not fun and happy like getting your nails done should be. The first time she got her nails done there the lady was very nice.
