I visited “Luxury medspa” las week , she asked for my Groupon which I showed her on my phone, but somehow she preceded taking my phone which was add, but I didn’t said anything.Yesterday I opened my Email and I see that “I gave them a five star”- that is false, I didn’t gave them any star just bc it takes two weeks to see the result , she clearly did while she had my phone in her hand, as of now result is fine, but what they did is very poor. Shame!!!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismIt’s a scam! Do not buy a living social deal! I bought a living social deal last week, and i have been trying to make an appointment for three days. I called on 04/01, 04/03, and 04/05. Each time I call, however, the guy that answers says he is too busy and that he must call me back. He never takes my name or number, and then never calls me back. I have emailed, called and left voicemails, and basically wasted a bunch of time just trying to make an appointment! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!Update: After I wrote this message, someone actually called me back. However, it was not to make an appointment . The man just called to yell at me for making this review and would not let me schedule an appointment. He said he googled me, which is super weird, was incredibly rude and inappropriate and just borderline harassing.
