Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityNicole had been my stylist for the last few months. We agreed upon an appointment for last Friday at 10am. The night before I went to confirm and Nicole asked to push my appointment back to 1:15pm with another stylist. She offered to do my hair anytime on Saturday and take $50 off of the style. I started messaging her about scheduling for Saturday, no response. I text her 3 times on Friday-no response. She was on Facebook offering knotless braids for $100 on Friday but failed to respond to any of my texts or Facebook messages. Sorry Jacki, but you have lost a customer! I explained the situation to a friend of mine and she won’t be returning either. Said to say I wasted my time on Friday. I messaged the shop and Jackie had me to bring in my deposit. She was very nice and professional she introduced me to Nicole which is the person that did my wash and retwist. She did a awesome job she was fast and on point. I will definitely be going back. I had a great experience. I found the place on StyleSeat so I went on Instagram to see the work and I liked the work they did. I messaged the shop and Jackie had me to bring in my deposit. She was very nice and professional she introduced me to Nicole which is the person that did my wash and retwist. She did a awesome job she was fast and on point. I will definitely be going back.
