March2018–I never leave reviews but I had to with this one. I’ve also been getting my nails done for 20 years yet, never left a salon. Absolutely rude!!!! Wish I didn’t have to even give them one star!! What I asked if they knew how to do, is extremely common. Both women were rude. Should’ve taken the dead parking lot, AS A HINT! Oh well, I went across town and got it done for $10 cheaper and I’m certain they turned out better. Learn customer service people!! Kindness goes along way.

I came in with my aunt and they told us a 30 minute wait.. came back got helped right away. Normally as a mother pedicures are rough when I have to bring my son but both gentlemen doing our nails helped keep him entertained and I got to enjoy myself. They also have a play room for kids. Very good prices and customer service.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJulio was awesome! My daughter got a mani/pedi for her birthday and her nails turned out great, she felt very pampered! They were very professional. They do not accept checks and there was a $3 additional charge for using a credit card, so they prefer cash, but their prices are very reasonable as well.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. The man doing the massage like he was in a race to see who could massage the fastest. He used his cell phone a couple times while I was on the table.

I had injured my legs but really needed a pedicure so I walked in. The man who did my pedicure was excellent! He was kind and gentle, stopping when I asked. I will definitely return!!!

Peter does a very good job on my pedicure and manicure. I require a little special attention. He slipped on quality on my manicure this time. Didn’t file the sharp edges on one hand. Hopefully when I go back he’ll make it up to me.

They are literally so nice Every time I get my nails done here I never have a single complaint!! If you like EXTRA they can do extra & if you like simple they can do simple . I always get my nails long and extra and they always come out perfect! I recommend anyone to come here and the service is excellent
