They didn’t clean their tools before doing my nails after having done someone right before. also didn’t wash their hands after having done someone else’s nails. Got cuts and burns on fingers for over polishing nails using the electric nail drill. Made me and my mother wait for more than an hour when a new customer arrives. They tend to the newer customer first. This happened 5 times! They also don’t apologize for making you wait over an hour or adjust prices. Very very expensive. Not worth paying extra for style. Overall very bad experience, paying $75 to get diseases for their unhygienic service.

They took me as a walk in at 7 PM, and I appreciate their late hours for a nail salon, but the experience was very underwhelming. I waited for 20 mins and my nail tech rushed through someone else’s manicure so she could start my pedicure, then when she finally started she rushed through mine to get to another walk-in. She spent 15-20 mins max on my pedicure and my total was $40 after tip. Pedicure was done very quickly and sloppily and unfortunately wouldn’t come back despite being fit into the schedule.

I accidentally scheduled at this salon, I meant to schedule with the other salon that is on the bottom floor of Montgomery Mall (Inspire Nail Bar), they are really good down there. Since I made an appointment with the Luxury Beauty & Nails Salon I decided to do it….TEN YEARS LATER, I was able to leave! SHEESH!! With a horrible pedicure by a guy that seemed to not know what he was doing! I felt like I needed to go downstairs to the other salon and get my feet down because he CERTAINLY didn’t do a pedicure…I don’t know what that was! AND also, two of the employees started to fight when I was there! literally had to have someone pull them apart and kicked one of them out…NEVER GOING AGAIN!
