Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI am very upset with the way that my family and I were treated. We have left multiple voice messages through out the last 7 months (since moving to Wytheville) and even scheduled 3 appointments online and never received a returned call. We wondered if it was because of us having out of state phone numbers was the reason why we were not called back. I finally got them to answer (from a local phone number) early in the morning and was told to expect a call back later that day, which also never happened. I called back the next day and when the lady answered the phone, she said, “oh, you are the out of towners.” Then I was told they were booked for upcoming weeks. I do not understand why this information was not shared with me the day before. It was either they were already fully booked or they became fully booked after I called.
