Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFive Stars!: I took my daughter on a spa date for her birthday. We had the most wonderful time at Luxury Beauty Care & Spa! The owner (Chantel) and masseuse (Reggie) were very welcoming, attentive and professional. We both had the deluxe facial, hot stone & deep tissue massages, foot detox, and lash extensions! The snacks, desserts, music and wine were a nice addition to the overall experience. It was the vibes for me! We were completely rested and rejuvenated when we left. It felt like a true mini exclusive retreat. My daughter says it was the best part of her birthday! I would recommend this spa for anyone. We’ll be returning soon! Five Stars!: I took my daughter on a spa date for her birthday. We had the most wonderful time at Luxury Beauty Care & Spa! The owner (Chantel) and masseuse (Reggie) were very welcoming, attentive and professional. We both had the deluxe facial, hot stone & deep tissue massages, foot detox, and lash extensions! From the moment I stepped in the door to when I left it was a great experience. My skin feels and looks healthier than ever. I recently got the Deluxe Luxury facial by Ramon and the Volume Full Set Lashes by Chantel. Let me tell you, I have never felt so pampered in my life. From the moment I stepped in the door to when I left it was a great experience. My skin feels and looks healthier than ever. And my lashes are on point and complete my look.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThe cancellation policy doesn’t even state what the cancellation fee would be in the event of a cancellation. I will not be rescheduling this appointment. poor communication. I called to push back my appointment for a later time. I emailed and called multiple times with no answer, I finally received a call back just 15 min before my appointment from a completely different number. She told me she would call me back when she checked the schedule. I never received a call back and my card was charged for a service I didn’t receive. I tried knocking and calling, but received no answer. 15min after my scheduled appointment I received a text message from Chantel stating they were closed. I advised I had an appointment for 1pm and she stated my appointment was never accepted. I advised her I understand that accidents happen, but on my end the appointment was received and accepted. I even sent her the confirmation emails and texts. I asked Chantel if my card would still be charged for the appointment since I don’t know how their systems work and I had to put a card on file to schedule the appointment.
