She gave me a haircut that was different than anything she had done before, but after discussing it and seeing a picture, she totally nailed it. I just wanted some change to complement my skin and easy lifestyle. I am not high maintenance kind of girl and don’t do a lot on my hair. She did her magic and made a custom caramel color. It was my first time to try Justine and she did amazing job on my hair. I had balayage and I really didn’t have a concrete vision. I just wanted some change to complement my skin and easy lifestyle. I am not high maintenance kind of girl and don’t do a lot on my hair. She did her magic and made a custom caramel color. Too bad I can’t put the picture here coz it was so good.

But here I am retracing my steps from 3 months ago to make sure I go to the same one – First time I left a hair salon feeling beautiful. She also was knowledgeable about the type of hair ties I was using which was breaking up my hair. She gave me a couple new ones and I’ve been using them ever since, way less hair being ripped out of my skull. I got my hair cut and styled by Justine 3 months ago and I’m not usually one to stick to one hairstylist…. But here I am retracing my steps from 3 months ago to make sure I go to the same one – First time I left a hair salon feeling beautiful. She also was knowledgeable about the type of hair ties I was using which was breaking up my hair. She gave me a couple new ones and I’ve been using them ever since, way less hair being ripped out of my skull. Thank you Justine and I’ll be booking an appointment today!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery disappointed. I went in twice to get a “balayage” first time nothing changed my hair looked the same . The second time I went in giving Justine a second chance thinking maybe this time my hair will be blonde . No I spent a total of $460 in both visits . Never again will I waste my money and besides that when she was done doing my hair she said “I tried” very unprofessional. I reached out to her and told her I was dissatisfied with both visits and if I could possibly get a refund . Very disappointed. I went in twice to get a “balayage” first time nothing changed my hair looked the same . The second time I went in giving Justine a second chance thinking maybe this time my hair will be blonde . No I spent a total of $460 in both visits .
