I really enjoyed my experience with Heather. She was patient with my questions and played a podcast for us to listen to. She also gave me a lot of good tips for aftercare since I’ve never had lash extensions before. My lashes look beautiful. I got a classic set, medium length. I would definitely recommend this place and return. 🙂

I’ve had my lashes done at another what’s considered “high end” salon and they were NOTHING like luxurious lashes. They look amazing and I feel so good when I’m done. A few months ago I moved to the West Bend area, and needed to find a closer place to get my lash extensions. – I tried Luxurious Lash, and never needed to try another place. Sarah does my lashes, but I’m confident anyone of the experts there would do an outstanding job. – I highly recommend!

Loved going to Skyler (pictured is her work), once she left I had to see a new girl (only went back once) she glued a lot of my lashes together and used all the same length which was way too long on the inner corners. She didn’t seem property trained and my lashes looked aweful. I was also disappointed to find out because Skyler had opened a place near Luxurious the owner took her to court and Luxurious customers weren’t allowed to follow her, shouldn’t that be our own choice? Especially if we consistently saw the same person? Side note: It took my new lash girl a month to fix what was done.

I drive from Oshkosh to West Bend to see them because the results are always amazing with extremely reasonable prices. The owner, Sarah, is very kind and professional. I drive from Oshkosh to West Bend to see them because the results are always amazing with extremely reasonable prices. The owner, Sarah, is very kind and professional. You can tell she really cares about her staff. Although I usually see Heather, I’ve had fills done by Cari and Sarah- all their work is high quality. If you follow your lash care instructions properly you will have no problems. I will keep coming back!

Sarah M has done my lashes many times and I never leave disappointed! She’s super friendly and makes you feel comfortable while she works her magic! My lashes held up wonderfully! If there’s anything I’m ever unhappy with she’s always very quick to fix it. She knows how I like them done now, but at first she worked with me to find the right length and shape. Thank you Luxurious Lashes and Sarah for making me feel so beautiful!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a full set on a saturday after reading good reviews.. by tuesday, this is how my lashes looked. A free fill was offered, but all at times that I was working. Having an artist stay late was not an option, so we looked into the next week. I have no issue paying for a fill, especially since I wanted to go thicker anyways. But by next week, I’ll be out of lashes and will have to pay even more. I was told that I can’t get a refund, even though this set cost me $110 and a $20 tip! I’ve had them for 3 full days. I went in for a full set on a saturday after reading good reviews.. by tuesday, this is how my lashes looked. A free fill was offered, but all at times that I was working. Having an artist stay late was not an option, so we looked into the next week. I have no issue paying for a fill, especially since I wanted to go thicker anyways.
