Yesterday I had dip nails with tips applied… very poor quality. Way to thick and application looks like the nails are already growing out. Messy cuticles. I am going back this morning to have a redo because this application is very poor quality. In the past I have had natural manicures and pedicures that were very good quality. This was a terrible experience for $54 with a $10 tip.

I came in about a week ago (10.08.2022) to get a refill. I’m not even going to go into every rude thing that was done to me… I’m just going to say that they assumed my skin color made me ignorant to foriegn languages. I am not. I’ve never heard such BOLD racism in my life. They definitely discriminate and have a strong hatred for black women. So if you don’t condone racism or hate speech, you should avoid this establishment.

You response to my previously was just a standard reply that you give to everyone who sends a low rating. If you really cared about your customers you would call me as you have my phone number in your system and know how to reach me. Your management of your staff and customers are poor. While your staff stylists are very nice your management is horrible. You treat your customers as a number and not a valued customer. I spend a lot of money at your salon as do most of your regular customers but yet you do not care. I called for an appointment during the week and was told due to the holidays you were not taking appointments so I came in and Q told me it would be 30 minutes so I said OK put please put me in line for your next slot and I will run to the post office and be back before 30 minutes. He said OK no problem. When I came back Q said the management told him I would have to go to the back of the line after I already came in. So I wasted all that time running back only to be shoved to the back of the line. HORRIBLE the way I was treated…Not by Q but by your management.

Go at opening and there will be no issues. I feel like I booked the place just for myself because I’m usually the only one there for a while. I get simple mani and pedi so I can’t speak to their bedazzling techniques but the techs have excellent customer service. I feel pampered with every service and they remember what you like after weeks away from them.
