All nail techs are not equal. Definitely a hit or miss. EDIT: I was told after my nails got messed up that I had to schedule another appointment to have the nail tech I preferred fix them. The day of my appointment my appointment was canceled bc they didn’t feel my previous review was good. They told me they wouldn’t refund me for the nails that were done improperly and wouldn’t complete the service I originally requested. If you want simple I’d give them a try but again all nails techs are not equal. For the price I definitely expected better.

Beautiful salon but when you have an issue they will not work with you. I went there every two weeks for over a year and they didn’t care to lose me as a customer. They did the same with my daughter. Too many nail salons out there to do this to customers. Acrylic nails

I’ve went here for over a year and i feel like after they feel like you are a customer they start not valuing you. Alex and Sara both talk bad about customers in front of you and talk bad about each other to you. I complained about my pedicure today and was told i need to see a podiatrist and a $65 pedicure won’t leave my feet in good shape. I’ve went there alls received better pedicures every time, but John wasnt there today so i had to pay for a terrible pedicure. Sara doesnt care of she loses customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
