Need to Hire more Nail Techs. Very difficult to book an appointment. 3 Nail Techs are not ENOUGH. Either one is off , or two off, one starts late or the other don’t work this day or such a such it’s crazy. You should be able to book an appointment a week ahead instead of 3-4 weeks out. Things happen or can come upon.Need a good back up Nail Salon ASAP!

Gave this place a try based on a recommendation because I was out in the area. What impressed me most is their sanitation and professionalism. It has been a challenge to find a nail place that meets my expectations until here. The decor is beautiful, the salon is clean and the service exceeded my expectations. Please don’t change a thing. This may be a hike for me but I’ll be a regular from this point on. If you are looking for a sanitary, inviting and professional nail salon go ahead and give them a try. Both of the ladies on staff during our visit were so friendly. And made us feel welcomed.

At my prior visit, I received service by Kendall and Camille… while they are younger, they are very professional and very skilled in nail care. Today I was serviced by Maria. She was also very pleasant and skilled. These ladies have definitely mastered their trade. Great service and personalities to boot…. I will be back really soon.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo unprofessional the lady kept asking could she tip her self. I told her I would tip her my self . I gave her my card and she tried to tip her self and charge me $20 more for something else . It also took her over a hour and 30 minutes to do a basic pedicure . I got there at 3pm and didn’t leave until 5pm .

By far the longest lasting manicure I’ve ever had. I needed another manicure from grow out before even one nail had a chip–and it was just a standard manicure. Have been trying different salons for years, none of them a 5 star until now. The salon is clean and attractive. They took their time did a terrific job. My only complaint is that the pedicure stations are a bench instead of individual chairs–not a fan. I’ve been back several times and the quality remained the same. I won’t be going anywhere else now.
