Critical: Quality, ValueBoth of the ladies that did my nails were really nice. I hate to say it, but my toes were polished really poorly. You can see each layer to each coat. It’s bad. Both of the ladies that did my nails were really nice. I hate to say it, but my toes were polished really poorly. You can see each layer to each coat. It’s bad. My nails were filed horribly, crooked, lumpy. My moms nails looked really bad as well. I remember when I went to this shop years ago and would hate my nails. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI called the day before and made an appointment for myself and my daughter. I explained that we had another appointment 3 hours after the time of our appointment. My tech was 45 mins late did nothing I asked him. We ended up having a total of 4 techs and everyone wanted a tip. My nails started chipping that night. My wedding was in 2 days and I had to get my nails done over and pay out of pocket. My daughter’s nails were worse off than mine. I called the day before and made an appointment for myself and my daughter. I explained that we had another appointment 3 hours after the time of our appointment. My tech was 45 mins late did nothing I asked him. We ended up having a total of 4 techs and everyone wanted a tip. My nails started chipping that night. My wedding was in 2 days and I had to get my nails done over and pay out of pocket. My daughter’s nails were worse off than mine. I will never come back here.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went with my 2 daughters on Saturday late afternoon and had issues next day. This used to be my favorite especially for cleanliness and quality but no longer. Also, based on recent reviews asked upon scheduling for prices and we were charged about $40 higher. All of us received basic pedicures and varied manicures (1 basic, 1 no-chip, 1 acrylic full set). By Thursday all of us have badly chipped finger nails. 1 pedicure looks ok, one looks bad and the other looks weeks old (after just a few days of being at home). So disappointed. If you’re lucky enough to receive service from an experienced Luxis employee you may be ok but in general – TERRIBLE. Finally, nearly every option we asked for they advised the cannot do. No ombré, no tip glitter, etc. As result we all had standard boring polish. My cuticles are now in awful shape and jagged. I could have done a better job at home. Next time I will. I will never go back. I went with my 2 daughters on Saturday late afternoon and had issues next day. This used to be my favorite especially for cleanliness and quality but no longer.
