The French tip was good. But the nail tech sliced my pinkie while filing and made a huge mess of glue behind my nails, so now my nails and skin is glued together. Additionally, I asked for dip and tip to make my nail look longer, but as you can see from the pictures, it doesn’t even look like I have tips on because it’s filed so so short. Overpriced for French tips too. Wouldn’t recommend.

First and last time going here. I walked in for a gel manicure and was out 15 minutes later. Rushed me choosing my color and told me the one I picked was ugly and made me choose a different one. Was extremely rough with my nails and cut them down to the nail bed instead of leaving them a normal length (for reference, my nails were originally at or past the top of my finger but look at them in the picture). I have top coat polish all over my skin and between my nail and skin (the very little nail that’s left). Awful service and rude staff. I will not be returning.

Went to go to get a simple gel polish change after going somewhere before and not liking the color. I specifically told them what color I wanted and showed picture. Not only was the color exactly what I didn’t want, they did a dip manicure instead of a gel. I didn’t say anything because I trusted that it would still come out well but they were incredibly rough with my nails, throwing my hands around, the technician was rude and made me feel like I was the biggest burden. They didn’t file my nails right and my nails are incredibly bulky. Color was still left on my fingers. After all of that, they charged me the full dip price $45 when I was under the impression it would be a $15 polish change. Last time I will be back there.

Rude. Aggressive and borderline dangerous. Tell me why without understanding what was going on the manager tried to grab my hand and cut my nails with a clipper. These nail techs are in a constant state of overbooking and under-giving. A constant rush of customers is what helps cover the bottom line for their ok prices. They however will be careless and nick your cuticles, if tips are given will have them be crooked or different lengths and if the nails are french will be done improperly. If you try to speak up and say something about their sloppy work they will look at the door and get upset and say “more customers” as if you don’t matter and get mad. Overall I will avoid and I wish I had heard done my homework and read other reviews because this place does not live up ti a “lux” nail place.

I’ve been a few times and always have a nice experience. They adhere to their appointment guidelines to ensure people who have appointments are tended to but also take walk ins and treat them with regular customer courtesy. A nice business, convenient location and good team. Warm and fuzzy? Not always. Sincere, professional and respectful? Absolutely.

This place used to be great. When Natalie was in charged, everyone was welcoming, professional. There were always a couple of technicians that seemed in a bad mood but under Natalie supervision the service was great. Now one of the grumpy technician seems to be in charge and the service is awful. They rush you when you are trying to pick your color. They make you feel you are bothering them going there to get a manicure or pedicure. There are a couple of technicians that are still very nice, but the majority are rude. If you have to get your gel take off, they are very rough with your nails. More than once broke one of mine in the process. I continued to go there because it is at a convenient location but yesterday was the last time. The service was awful. I got the “manager” to do my manicure and I will not go ever again. I was uncomfortable, he was tough with my nails. Forget about having some cream , and massage in your hands as they used to do…..it was awful. He made me feel I was bothering and he was doing me a favor taking away my gel and getting a manicure. A disaster. Don’t waist your money in this place!

I’m new to the area and this place came recommended from a trusted coworker. I’ve been to the nail bar every 2 weeks for months and though I’ve tried to be patient because the prices are good and location is convenient, I won’t be back again and I’ll discourage my friends as well.

Went here last week after a bad experience at another nail salon in town. Had a great first experience! Technician was quick, but attentive and clearly knew what he was doing. No knicks or cuts, just clean well shaped toenails neatly polished. Suggested I stay longer than I usually do to let them fully dry (had a book with me, so did not mind). A week later my toes still look great! Will go again.
