I’m really not one to complain or leave a bad review, but i was incredibly disappointed. I asked for gel polish to be removed and a manicure with a clear coat afterwards. She drilled the gel polish off leaving multiple deep divots in my nail bed. I was asked 5 different times what I wanted again by someone else, because the lady doing my nails wouldn’t talk to me and couldn’t remember. I was there for less than 30 minutes. She didn’t have me wash my hands before putting on just one layer of clear coat, putting lotion on my hands before my nails dried, and scooting my right out the door. I was charged $25 for sub par service and my nails look like trash now and my hands are covered in nail dust, cuticles, and lotion.

Definitely will not be back! I asked for dip nails and he painted them. I’ve only had my nails done 4 times so I wasn’t sure what he was doing at first but definitely wasn’t dip, then he charged me $10 to trim my cuticles which took 2 min. The finished design was terrible and to be charged $65. I won’t make that mistake AGAIN!

My nails look really cute and I like them-except that I wanted a round cut. I’m giving three stars because the technician was rough with my nails and now they are sensitive and sore. 🙁 The buffing on the sides cut my skin and the tool that was used underneath my nails has made my nails feel like they’re separating from the skin.
