I got a full set of acrylics($45), and my sister was going to get fill ins($40). My nails are crooked, uneven, the wrong color, and completely misshapen. When it gets time to pay, they tell me $90 before tax, I proceed to correct the woman about the pricing and she tells me I’m wrong and runs my card anyway, overcharging me. Customer service is horrible, girls are rude, and have no talent. Definitely don’t recommend, and will never be coming back. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I’m never coming back to this salon, and would not recommend it. I was mistreated on multiple occasions. One time my friend paid and I was going to tip. She finished before me and went to pay, they thought they were only being tipped 5$ (15%) each and started flipping out. They got up and starting shouting, and one walked into another room. I told the person who was doing my nails that i was still going to tip and then they started acting friendly again. Their behavior was completely uncalled for, and I regret tipping them each an additional 10$ because it was not deserved. The woman doing my nails also made comments about my weight and size the entire time, making the whole experience uncomfortable. I am not one to leave negative reviews EVER but save your money. There’s much better salon within 15 minutes of them.

I got a french manicure here a few weeks ago. Best acrylic nails I’ve ever had done. The nails haven’t chipped or come off. I had a tool box land on the end of a nail. Instead of the nail snapping, ,my actual nail lifted. Which hurt horribly. But the nail was “tough as nails.” Nail designs

Horrible experience with this place. I came here to get nail extensions. As soon as the women started doing my nails her co-worker who i believe is also the owner started talking to her in their own language, they both kept staring at me and god knows what they were talking about. Few minutes later the women doing my nails asked me if i have been here before , i told her nicely that yes i was here back in january. She then again started talking to her coworker and then went on asking me again if i was there few weeks ago, i again told her politely that she was mistaken and it wasnt me . Then she told me that my nails would be $55 and she kept discussing something with the coworker making me uncomfortable asking me weird questions. Then halfway through she got up and asked me to pay which i found very weird, not sure if they were mistaken or what happened but she said she is not going to do my nails and i have to pay her first. I gave her $60 and asked her to keep the rest and she goes ‘WHAT REST YOU PAY ME MORE FIRST’. At this point all other people sitting there were looking at me like i have done something wrong. I asked her how much did she want me to pay and she said she told me $65. I was very uncomfotable but paid her so she could do my nails and i just wanted to be out of there. Not sure what was wrong with both her and the coworker but they way they treated me was awful. They just sit there and talk bad about their customers thinking nobody understands their language. Pathetic place, they dont sanitize anything, NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE. If you want someone to treat you nicely this is not the place for you

Ive gotten my nails done many times with no issues but yesterday I picked out the basic pedicure which Is $35 And everything was going well until I went to check out and they told me it would be $60. Which did not make sense so when I asked them to explain she said my color was $15 plus an addition $5 because it was so sparkly. This makes no sense why this nail polish would be this much, charge me extra for spark included in the color and why they didnt let me know before hand. If you add up the math $35+$15+$5= $55 which is not $60. This is ridiculous for just a basic pedicure.

I’ve been coming to this place for almost 2 years and never had one bad experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Mai, Kenny and Vicky are just awesome people. Not only very professional, but they make sure you are happy while you are there and I always feel better after I leave. They never make you wait and if they do because they are busy they communicate it with you. I started making appointments during Covid and they get me in right away. They’re just really nice people that are good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real 5 star experience.

I just moved to the area and this was my first visit. Luxor will be my regular spa because of the talented and wonderful technician, Henry. He provided exceptional customer service, was friendly, welcoming, held a conversation with me through the entire service. The breathtaking craftsmanship, technique, and artistic ability had me in awe. He was quick, gentle, and thoughtful. My photos do not do these works of art any justice.
