Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in for a fill. It was my first time here because my regular nail tech had a covid exposure. As soon as I put my hands out, the lady asks me if I had been there before. I said no. The lady says “I can tell, because we don’t do coffin nail like that”. I was more curious what she meant than anything. As she’s filing down my shellac she keeps looking at my nail shape like there’s a problem, giggling with her coworkers and she tells me she’s going to make them better. I let the lady do my nails and she literally shaped my coffin nails like a U at the top. I should’ve taken a picture but usually I don’t write reviews.. like there was dip, and the corners were so pointy I was scared to poke somebody’s eyes out with my COFFIN nails… not only that, the lady filed them so much on the sides that the pink tissue under nail is exposed on 3 OF MY NAILS and it hurts to do anything with my hands. As soon as I got home I filed the shape down to what I know as coffin and was a little bummed my nails turned out shorter than I wanted. I payed $47 for the fill alone and I won’t be going back again. I thought I would get good quality nails and service since it was a little more spendy than some other nail salons.The nails with the blue/white design were my nails before. I can not express how incredibly AMAZING everyone is! I love my nail lady Linn!! She always does incredible work and is always educating herself to keep up with what’s in and pushes herself to the best work! I live an hour and 15 minutes away from Luxor Nails and it is worth the drive every time and I think their prices are unbeatable for the quality you get! Anywhere else I have gone (there have been many) this is the only place that can do my nails and they stay on for 3 to 4 weeks anywhere else I was lucky to get a week and a half out of them! Absolutely worth it and 100% recommended!!!!!

My mom and I went there for pedicures and got the deluxe ones. I can say I have been trying to find a place that actually massages your feet and legs longer then five min and this place did! They did an amazing job. They rubbed our legs and feet in total for about 20 min off and on. They were kind and listen to any concerns I had about my feet. I definitely will be going back for more pedicures. Thank you.

I went to this place for the 1st time and was extremely dissatisfied with the attitudes of both the employees present at the time. Both ladies barely talked to me. When I was getting one of their services done, I was barely talked to. I tried multiple times to make conversations and comments, and I got maybe a nod and that is it. The proper ending cream (or oil or gel depending on what they use here) was not used, therefore my eyebrows burned and itches for a few days. Ending an eyebrow wax with some type of moisture helps soother the skin. When I was done, I paid cash (a $20 bill), th we change was 5 dollars. I said just give me $2 back ($3 to me was a very good tip for my eyebrows to a person that didn’t talk and didn’t bother to finish it correctly). She just held the $5 bill away from me and said we don’t have change. She continued to hold it assuming I would just give it to her. I actually had to take it from her. I didn’t have any dollar bills to tip, yet I was still nice (even after that ridiculous moment when she basically made me feel bad and help my change from me) and said I will go look in the truck for some. Honestly I should have just drove away, but I’m just not that kind of person. I finally found a 1 dollar bill and 8 quarters (I realize part was change, but that’s all I could find). I went back in there and gave it to her, and she didn’t even acknowledge me!!!! She glanced at me and went back to what she was doing. I had to place the change right in front of her, and no thanks, no nothing! I just left and will never come back. Maybe there nicer to the regulars, I’m not sure. But they are losing a lot of people who may become regulars by giving that treatment. I have never been treated like that. I will make sure not 1 person I know will give them business. They are to disrespectful in my eyes. No one has a right to hold my change from the $20 hostage to act like I should just give it to them, no one!!!!

Horrible customer service and they didn’t listen to me at all. I showed them my nails prior to getting service. I asked for a back full and color change. I specifically said I want powder not gel. After they had semi filed my old nails, they tried to paint the whole nail with powder. I said just the tip like I already had. They began to laugh and talk about me in front of me. They basically bullied me into gel saying I asked for the wrong thing and they won’t do what I originally asked for. The color is not what I want at all along with the shape. Reading reviews now, I see a common theme is not listening to customers. I’ll never go back.

Typically pretty great service! I’ve only had one mediocre experience but the good ones definitely out weigh that one time. They do try really hard to push you into getting gel for an extra $10, as well as charging an additional $15 for “new” colors. Otherwise would recommend!
