the lady was in some sort of rush even though i made an appointment ahead of time and did a very poor job. i had acrylics previously from another salon but 4 had fallen off. you can see a very big difference between the new and old ones. they are shaped very messily snd uneven. the polish job is also very terrible, lots of streak marks and it is not smooth at all. would not recommend

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWent here for the first time made an appointment for 4 pedicures way in advance we get there for our appointment and we waited 45 minutes before starting one pedicure mind you everyone got started at different times I would have got up and left but the other people took time out of their day to drive all the way there, then when I got my service the guy use a dime size amount of lotion and I had to tell him to use more because all I felt was the latex gloves on my legs massage was 2 min. Next ask for S&S on my toes they cannot do that so I asked for French tips with blue polish it looked awful not to mention this is for my wedding.
