Brian at Luxie was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to personally take me as a walk in on a busy Saturday, despite being a manager with plenty of work on his plate to begin with. He took his time and walked me through best options to achieve my nail goals and never made me feel like he was up-selling or pressuring me. Luxie is my go to salon for nail services but this particular visit left me feeling compelled to review and highly recommend to all.

Very disappointed! I come 30 minutes away and heard such good things about this place. My first ever appointment was great with Sara, but my next appointment she said my nails were breaking, which were not broken at all and charged me extra. She glued the piece that was loose instead of removing that piece and sculpting with the gel after. Less than a week later it was actually broken and Brian kindly fixed it less. My final time going here because Angela is terrible. Don’t go to Angela, she rushes everything and does not fill your nail properly. I asked her to fix my thumb and she painted over the bump. She does not care about her clients!

I have been going here since they first opened. Inconsistent. But, it was convenient. It kills me to spend my $ for such an average salon. Every time I go I need to get a nail fixed because they scrape the nail too hard.

I highly recommend this nail salon! I consistently receive excellent service and the salon is extremely clean. Current owners (Brian and his wife) are lovely people! They take pride in their salon and care about their clients and the quality of work provided to them. The workers are also fantastic and they work very hard. Give them a try, you’ll love this salon.

I first came here years ago for an SNS mani, then I returned recently for a regular pedi. This time, I was a walk-in client, but was seated in the time it took to select a polish color. My pedicurist, Johanna, took her time and did an excellent job! I felt that she went above and beyond, so I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Also, the woman at the front desk (the owner?) was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back!

I used to love this place, the last two times I have been here, it’s been terrible. Sloppy pedicures and terrible gel manicures. I asked them to fix my gel manicure because there was literally gel in my cuticles and they treated me like I was crazy. Not only did they tell me that they could only fix it the next day, but they made me pay before they were fixed. The work is getting sloppier and sloppier. I wanted to get the gel removed and get my nails done elsewhere and they would not accept that and they told me they would fix it but I had to come back the next day, I told them I would pay when they fixed it and they did not take that and made me pay. I’d look elsewhere for your next nail service.
