Found this place a couple months ago and have been loving it. They are very accommodating and the place is really clean. The front desk ladies are always very welcoming and take care of you right away. They have an assortment of brand name nail polishes and very pretty colors! It’s hard to find a consistent nail place these days but this place is IT! My nail tech is always warm and welcoming and always exceeds my expectations! They really make it feel like a spa in there and it’s so relaxing every time I go!

New to the area. Found this location after I had been to two other salons that had absolutely butchered my toes and nails. The staff here was informative and kind in every way. The salon is extremely clean and professional. Will continue to come here! Staff and owner all very nice. Mirian was very patient with me and talked me through all services! Hands down recommend this salon.

Took my daughter here to try it out since they have tons of great reviews. Honestly this was a worse and more expensive fill than we’ve ever paid for. The price they quoted her wasn’t near what she was charged and than the nails were bumpy and shaped weird. While I did take her back in to have it fixed I wasn’t impressed. This was supposed to be a gel fill and they “fixed” one nail and they charged $85 when we were quoted $50 before the fixed nail and the sign said $10 for a nail fix.. the manager was nice but had someone else paint her nails, she said in total before she left the first time 3 different people worked on her nails. When she left they were streaky and while they looked on in the salon light they didn’t outside of the salon.

This place was recommended to me and now I’ve been coming here for about 2 months and I love it! The place is really nice and clean, they take great care of my nails. They are so gentle when taking off gel polish which I love because I always struggled with my nails breaking because other nail salons always used the drill. My gel manis have always lasted 2 weeks or more. I love this place and I’m always recommending to other people!

Terrible experience. They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. If you ask for 2 colors they charge you. They claim to use superior products and I paid $7 more for some long lasting and the pictures below show the next morning. I never did any dishes or was rough at all on my hands.

The last place I went to just wasn’t doing it for me anymore, it was always frustrating communicating with someone who did not understand English very well, I would say I want one thing and would get completely something different and I would keep my mouth shut and just pay for it because I didn’t want to be rude, same goes for my brows and making an appointment it was just very stressful and frustrating I was tired of paying for something I didn’t ask for.

I always have a great experience at Luxi! Making an appointment is easy using their online service (my favorite), and I never have an issue making an appointment at the last minute. I have brought my daughter here on numerous occasions for pedicures and she loves getting to pick out her lotion scent! Great service, my nails always look beautiful, and I love the shoulder massage at the end!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a new spot to get a regular mani pedi. I was apprehensive to go somewhere new but I’m glad I did. Jeffery, the owner was very welcoming and answered all my questions as a new customer. All the employees are very nice and professional. I had a basic pedicure which included a massage and hot stone on the feet which was a first for me, it was great! I will say I’m used to more focus on cleaning up the cuticles and I feel like that part of the pedicure was overlooked and focused more on the massage. While getting a massage is great, ultimately the service of “doing my nails” is what matters most to me. Same goes for the manicure. Again the service was great, I guess I was just hoping for more of a clean up with the cuticle trimmer. I left with a good amount of skin around my nails that could have been cut back and wasn’t. It goes without saying I walked out with much nicer nails then I went in but, again I do wish I had a bit more attention to the nail bed clean up. I came home and finished taking any skin around my nails that wasn’t cut back. I’m basing this review on my overall experience. (I included before and after pics of my hands). I also got an eyebrow waxed which it came out nice I don’t know what happened but I now have a scab above and below my brow. It’s sensitive and painful can’t put anything on without burning definitely not going back for brows. I would use caution when going.
