Myself and my husband had pedicures today. I had a wonderful callus pedicure and just finished my French gel manicure with Sonia. She is the best. The salon is clean and all the staff are sweet and are great at their job. Eric takes care of the appointments and is very cordial. I will be back again.

I have been a Luxi supporter since about 2007. While I miss the old gang – Susan, Young, Danny(hands down best messages!) and Jenny, I appreciate that Eric always manages to accommodate my schedule which is unpredictable and often last minute. I watch him genuinely solicit and listen to feedback from all clients as they leave. Lila knows my nail preferences and her talent allows me to push the frequency of my visits probably further than they would like but again, as my schedule allows. Confidently recommend. Today was my third visit and I am very pleased! I received a gel overlay fill in. Lela was my nail technician, and this was my second visit with her. What I’m most pleased with in this session is the various angles she would check my nails. My nails are oval shaped. While reshaping them, she looked at them facing her; and she looked at them from my point of view; and she turned my hand over to check the shape of the nails from the back. So each nail is symmetrically shaped and not leaning toward one side or the other.

My experience at this Luxi Nails was terrific before they sold to another owner (I believe the new owner is actually the previous owner’s son, but I’m not entirely sure). My latest experience at this location was very poor. I made an appointment online for 1:45 pm, arrived at 1:20 pm, got taken back at 1:40 pm—all good. However, from the moment I sat down until about 2:25 pm (45 minutes) when I finally said something, the tech was filing and cutting my nails. I came in with my nails already cut, so the fact that this tech was cutting my nails for 45 minutes is highly concerning. When I finally asked how much longer this service was going to take, the tech asked “how long do you have?” and then got all anxious and started rushing. When she finally got to polishing my nails, she did 4 coats of color and 3 coats of clear ♀️ I ended up forgoing the included massage and rest of the pedicure because I was already there for over an hour. In the end, I told Eric (I believe this is the owner’s name) of my experience and he seemed to find nothing wrong with this. Anyway, I agreed to pay for my service, not that Eric offered to just give it to me, because the nails still looked somewhat decent but in its entirety the experience was ridiculous and I much prefer the other Luxi location owned by different people.
