They are so professional and knowledgeable in the services they have provided for me (laser hair removal treatments and facials). Positive: ProfessionalismI had an overall great experience. The tech Madison was very knowledgeable of assisting me of the services I received. Mrs K made sure my appointment was rescheduled with no problem when I had to cancel the first time. Her professionalism, customer service skills & communication were above phenomenal. I’m excited to return!!!!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMs. Kay and the entire staff are the best, hands down. There was a mix up on my appointment time but that was no problem at all. Ms. Kay and everyone else made sure to fit me in and took great care of me. I had my first microneedling session by Vicky. She knew I was nervous and went out of her way to make sure I was ok the whole time. She talked me through it and kept me calm. Thank you Luxe!! This place is a gem and I will be happy to drive from my home in Frisco anytime to see you guys again! The staff are very professional and friendly, they thoroughly explain the process before beginning treatments and make you feel very comfortable. I’ve only been here twice and I plan to return! The medSpa is beautifully designed and there are many spa treatments available. The staff are very professional and friendly, they thoroughly explain the process before beginning treatments and make you feel very comfortable. Ms. Kay the owner is a delight and so we’re Madison and Carolyn.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI really hate to write this review as I have been coming here for years. The service received within the past couple months have been quite disappointing and unprofessional as I have been rescheduled several times due to my appointments being changed upon arrival to less experienced techs (Laser Treatment) without my knowledge or consent. Appointments were scheduled with a specific person (Vicki) for a reason and this has never been an issue in the past. A customer should NOT have to push their appointment out several weeks due to overbooking on your end and basically told “Oh Well” you get whatever tech we put you with. Then to reschedule appt weeks out to see a specific tech and still be put with someone else is even more infuriating and a total disregard for customers time, effort and personal preferences.I really hate to write this review as I have been coming here for years. I really hate to write this review as I have been coming here for years. The service received within the past couple months have been quite disappointing and unprofessional as I have been rescheduled several times due to my appointments being changed upon arrival to less experienced techs (Laser Treatment) without my knowledge or consent. Appointments were scheduled with a specific person (Vicki) for a reason and this has never been an issue in the past.
