I recently started being serviced by Carolyn and she’s absolutely amazing and honestly so is the rest of the staff! You’ll definitely leave feeling very satisfied with your overall service.

I signed up for their “VIP” package for about 2 years where I was almost seeing them once a month. I had initially came to see them to help remove my sun spots. I initially started with IPL then microneedling and E-matrix. I mostly see Vicky with whom I absolutely adore. Although, my skin texture did improve none of these procedures removed my sun spots but yet I continued to seek their services. At around March 2022, speaking to Kay, who I believe is the owner, I got frustrated as to why taking over a month to get an appointment is the norm. I think Kay was offended by my inquiry and told me they didn’t have the capacity to provide earlier appointments and that her staff was already overworked and wouldn’t jeopardize their lives by making them work anymore than they already were, which was not my intentions at all. It took a couple of back and forth conversations but Kay’s solution was to refund me the 6-month “VIP” membership plus the remainder of the 6-package laser hair removal I had already paid for, less the advance ~$100 tip I had given to Vicky. She also canceled an upcoming laser hair removal appointment I already had. Kay said they have people coming from far and far away just to see them. I was a bit surprised by her decision but I happily obliged. Had this not happened I would have continued seeing them, removed sun spots or not. This forced me to seek another medspa. After just one appointment of Halo and BBL laser treatment my sunspots have disappeared completely and my skin has never looked any better. Although, a little pricey it was still less than the 2 years I spent at Lux being poked and lasered. I must admit the service is great at Lux Touch but I think their equipment is far outdated, to no fault of the beauticians.

Ms. Kay and everyone else made sure to fit me in and took great care of me. I had my first microneedling session by Vicky.
