Sometimes in life, you just have to treat yourself, and since our opening in 2015, we’ve provided manicures, pedicures, and a variety of beauty services for the Wheaton community. This way, our clients leave our salon looking great and feeling fabulous. Using medical grade sterilization machines, our manicure technicians ensure good hygiene and always maintain a clean and beautiful space. Whether guests want to stop in for a weekend pedicure or host a spa party at our place, our friendly staff are here to ensure everyone has a relaxing and fun time. Being at the salon was a fine experience but I’m not sure of the brand of no chip they use. My no chip started getting cracks 3 days after I had them done. Also my cuticles are a mess so when they cut them they made them worse. See photos.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had and definitely will not be returning. They rushed both me and my friends nail process to the point of error. My friends nail tech even cut her finger with the nail file drill and seemed to not notice even though she was bleeding? I would avoid Sophia as your nail tech because she was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me more than once when I asked for a simple change of nail color that she hadn’t even begun applying. hopefully others have had a better experience than we did!

First, my appointment was 40 minutes late, as I even got there earlier than my scheduled time. I asked the front guy if he knew what color this was from a picture online from their own salon and he rudely said no and walked away, not even trying to help. I then had Lilian (going off of what my confirmation email said of who it was) She was very rude and unprofessional. She was laughing nonstop with another coworker, shaking while doing the cuticle care. She would not take no for an answer when she asked me to do the dip manicure instead of no chip. When I kept saying no she got annoyed, rolled her eyes and started talking with another employee making it obvious it was about me. She asked me about 4 times, even the client next to me gave me the look as she noticed how pushy she was being. Then after only one layer, she showed me how transparent and light my color was and to pick a new one. I told her no, it will be less transparent as the next layer goes on (as it did). Again, rolled her eyes and kept going. I then asked for a simple glitter ombre that was from a picture on their site and she said she couldn’t do it because it wasn’t the dip. She asked me what color I wanted to my pedicure, I told her the number and she said she didn’t have it. I said okay I will pick another neutral one (as I didn’t want anything crazy). We get to the pedicure and she is telling me she doesn’t know why I would pick something neutral as it would blend in and that I needed to pick a darker color (again being judgmental and bossy) I picked another color that i barely liked but just wanted to get out of there at this point. It’s one thing to try to be helpful and recommend, but it’s another to critique the clients decisions and question everything as we are paying them. All in all, she was VERY bossy, rude and pushy. I almost walked out before the manicure was done. Would NOT recommend this place at all and will never go back. Highly disappointed as I went there because of the top reviews.

This place has absolute no customer service! Horribly done work, they try to up-sell you for more additional services, and show absolute no politeness towards the customers. They will finish quick so they can jump to do someone else’s manicure or pedicure. Will never come back here, plenty of good nail salons where you can actually relax and enjoy your time.

I booked an appointment for an acrylic full set with Lillian. When I got there, she started doing a fill rather than a full set. I reminded her I booked the appointment for a full set and she immediately complained that she did not have time for one. This made no sense considering that’s what I booked the appointment for. I insisted on the full set and she started talking to the employee next to her, being very obvious she was complaining about me. She rushed through my appointment resulting in my nails looking terrible. Would recommend booking with someone else if you go here; she was extremely rude and difficult to work with.

Always a wonderful experiencing coming to Luxe Studio! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I like how HGTV is always on when I am here; very peaceful for some odd reason! Nothing wrong with a pedicure and watching the latest version of Property Brothers!
