I wish I could give a good review. I really wanted to. I love jimmy and went to Hollywood nails throughout my entire teen years. I also went to nail 4 u. So when he opened luxe nails I was so excited. It is gorgeous inside. However – none of the employees seem happy. They seem full blown miserable, actually. I went there to ‘treat myself’, took the day off work and headed to luxe to get a pedicure. The person doing my nails did not say one word to me. She repeatedly rubbed her nose against her gloves she then touched my feet with. I understood if she was having a rough day, but there was zero communication. Even when she handed me my bill she said nothing, then just walked away. She was gone. I had to ask another staff member if I just leave. I don’t ever not tip, ever. But I paid for my expensive pedicure and left. I still kind of feel guilty about it. Jimmy- you have a wonderful shop, but your staff is so unhappy I don’t think I’ll return. The actual pedicure looks good. But it was so basic for 50 dollars.

My step daughter and I had a great time at Luxe today, and walked out with perfect pedicures. The girls who gave us the pedicures were very down to earth and easy to talk to. They were relatable and humorous. The other clients and employees seemed to be enjoying themselves too. It’s a great place, def going back again!! Pedicure

The atmosphere was nice, and I really enjoyed my pedicure, but I felt like I was an inconvenience to my manicurist. She complained about my gel removal being too tough and didn’t have me wash before starting the first coat. My friend who also got a manicure walked away with multiple bloody cuticles. I’m not expecting this gel to last very long.
