NOT a good experience! I went in for a Simple Haircut, that’s it, haircut. No color whatsoever. And I came out with PINK IN MY HAIR! The lady had convinced me to get my hair washed with the haircut and I even asked her “just regular shampoo right?” And she said yes. Then after she styled my hair and I noticed the pink in my hair she completely DENIED having anything to do with it, even said she couldn’t see the color(yet she was telling me to go home and wash my hair with purple shampoo to get the color out)and the receptionist even insinuated I came in with my hair like that! Cannot believe the unprofessionalism at this place!

Unfortunately، this is not the place to do facial, I would definitely recommend other places beside Luxe spa. I felt personally judged and bullied at this salon asking me where I am from and saying If I am from this place or that place. She did not do the proper for the facial like every spa you go to. It should be an hour but after 15 minutes she said we’re done!!! Just because you have a smile while helping me does not you are providing a good service. I will save my money (it’s overpriced) for facial they did. I do not recommend this place at all. After speaking to the manager she was not helpful at all even after explaining the employee did not do the steps properly, she stood up for the employee. No customer right what’s over. Total rip off.

So we checked Luxe’s reviews and it was pretty good which made us decide to try the salon.The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted warmly. Our stylist was Laura and she is a darling. She gave me my desired cut and on top of that she gave me my dream hairstyle(beach waves). I am elated and surprised that my pin straight hair are still holding the waves(even after sleeping). I’ve never left a review in any other place before, but I have to say this. It was a nightmare… I had a haircut and root dye, but the color didn’t match, and I haven’t realized until I got into my car (I really wanted to run away from this place ASAP) that the dye stained all around my face. I had never had a horrible experience like this in my life… DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME HERE. I had to visit another place to get my hair done again because she literally chopped off my hair so badly!!!

I bought a Groupon for a deep pore cleansing facial with dermabrasion. Taylor was excellent, it was clear that she had a passion for her job and was very knowledgeable about my skin issues. She recommended some products, but didn’t give a hard sell. The products seem to be working and I plan to visit again in the near future. Thank you Taylor!

Went here to get balayage and a haircut last week. When I got home after my appointment, I noticed there were areas in my hair not colored as they should be. I scheduled another appointment to get the color fixed (just adding in more highlights where parts of my hair were SUPER dark when pulled up.) They happily scheduled the appointment to fix the color and then charged me AGAIN for color that I already paid for last week! My cut was also choppy (I get a fairly short cut) so I had to go to my old hair dresser in Dickinson to fix my cut. In totaly, I spent over $400 for my hair and would 10000% never recommend this place. Terrible customer service.
