I was an out of town bride and wasn’t able to do a trial with her before hand . I’m sure she was nervous about never meeting me before my big day but she never showed it!! I showed her a picture of the hair style I wanted, that included my starfish sparkly tiara and she created exactly what I wanted!! My makeup was amazing ! I booked an appointment with Jenna for my hair and makeup for my wedding. I was an out of town bride and wasn’t able to do a trial with her before hand . I’m sure she was nervous about never meeting me before my big day but she never showed it!! I am delighted with this salon! the hairdresser (Lisa) knew exactly what she was doing, professional haircut! for the last two years living in this area I was leaving the salons (Naviina in Wells and JCP salon in Portsmouth, each time I try different hairstylist) almost crying and disappointment – today was completely different! you can see that the hairdresser has experience and she is confident in what she does. Jenna was so great! We (me and my boyfriend’s mom) came in from out of town for her (boyfriend’s mom) wedding and Jenna did such a great job with her hair (bridal up-do) and mine (blow out and flat iron). It was humid and super rainy, but she made sure to use enough of the right products to make sure my frizz-prone and wavy hair would stay straight throughout the day! ☺️☺️ I wish we lived closer because I would rebook with her in a heartbeat!

I came into Luxe today for a manicure. I had Pam. My nails look great! She really did a wonderful job. I loved the atmosphere of the spa. The staff was fun and professional and really went out of their way to take care of their clients. ( Shout out to Moon in particular ) -I will definitely be back

The women of Luxe are professional, creative and fun! I enjoyed a makeover that transformed me to the character of Mae West for the Old Berwick Historical Society History Games last month.
