I’ve been going to Luxe for several years and recommend it to all my friends. Carly gives the best hydrafacial and all the injectors do great work! Tiffany did my last treatment and I didn’t bruise or feel the needle at all! I never feel pressured on up sales, they’re all extremely knowledgeable and super friendly whether it’s your first or twentieth service. I love adding on a vitamin boot too! Don’t forget to show up early for a little treat. I’m so excited for the new spa to open!

Trailer trash at its finest. The girl who cuts my son and I is out on maternity leave. I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago with someone different. I showed up 5 minutes early and she said both appointments were cancelled. Nobody called me to cancel and I surely didn’t cancel. She didn’t offer any solution. I scheduled today because my son had the day off from school. I referred three family members who now go there. I will make sure they never go back.

Tarah has worked wonders on my previously very damaged and poorly dyed hair. Also Kendra for the medspa has given me the best injector (botox) experience I’ve had in Spokane! I don’t ever write reviews, in fact this is one of the first. I am so upset with this company. I have been going here for years since my other salon closed down on the South Hill. Each time I have come in for my haircut, it has always been a good experience and the stylists were understandable with past trauma of cutting my hair. I came in today for a haircut. Just a haircut. My appointment was at 12:15 and I sat there for a half hour. Nobody came to tell me it would be a wait until two minutes before I was taken back. They apologized and it was fine. I understand things take time. I didn’t mind waiting.
