First of all, this review is specifically meant for Reyna. She is, by far the BEST microblading artist in the Tri-Cities! I got my brows done in April and it has literally changed my life. I didn’t have any hair at all. I had been penciling them in since I was 15 years old. I’m 34. Seriously the BEST thing I have ever done. She was super sweet and nice. I would highly recommend her!!

called to ask if they were open on Mondays was told that only for appointment and to not go unless i had an appointment. I told them i just wanted a consultation and the man i was speaking to said oh yeah no don’t come in on Monday. Was never told how to schedule appointment or consult. very rude
