Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHands down the best salon visit I have had to date. Kristine knocked it out of the park with my cut and balayage. My hair was essentially virgin after a five year color hiatus. Kristine talked me through every step of the process as well as maintenance and upkeep. She got my black Asian hair to a beautiful cool ash brown in one process. I’m amazed. Dana runs a wonderful salon and was available the entire time. She’s also super funny with a wicked sense of humor. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and truly gifted at what they do. You can see the passion they have for their art and clientele. I will 100% be back and will heartily recommend this location and stylists. Hands down the best salon visit I have had to date. Kristine knocked it out of the park with my cut and balayage. My hair was essentially virgin after a five year color hiatus. Kristine talked me through every step of the process as well as maintenance and upkeep. She got my black Asian hair to a beautiful cool ash brown in one process. I’m amazed. I had found Luxe on yelp and because of the great reviews decided to give them a try. The owner, Dana, took me in the very next day for a consultation prior to the salon opening and reassured me that my hair was fixable. She not only made me feel better but she also gave me a step by step of what she and one of her stylists, Eloisa, were going to do to get my hair back. I not only appreciate the work they did on my hair, but they also took the time to educate me on what happened to my hair after the attempted balayage and how they were going to basically bring my hair back to life. They exceeded my expectations and I could not be more happy with the results. I am soo glad I came across Luxe Salon. Dana and her team really know what they’re doing and you can tell they know their stuff and enjoy what they do. I had found Luxe on yelp and because of the great reviews decided to give them a try. The owner, Dana, took me in the very next day for a consultation prior to the salon opening and reassured me that my hair was fixable. Salon is also clean, which is also a plus because it makes me comfortable as well. I do also get a few waxing services done here as well with Ashley! She does my legs, eyebrows, and fingers! The wax they use is of top grade as well and Ashley is always willing to work with you regarding what wax you prefer whether it be soft or hard wax!Will definitely be returning here again!
