I have been getting my hair done by Amanda Van Hout for about a year now and there’s honestly no one better!! She has created a masterpiece with my hair to say the least. She really gets to know her clients and educates on what will work best for your hair and she’s been spot on every time. She’s taken me from bright blonde, to strawberry blonde, to a beautiful beautiful peachy red/blonde. I don’t trust anyone more than her to know exactly what will look good on me and what will work best for your hair. AND for those of you with that pin straight Asian/Spanish hair like me, we all know a bad haircut can ruin it completely. Amanda knows how to cut that type of hair beautifully. Go see her!!! She’s a magician!

***in response to the owner’s reply, I’ve proven my point that customer service is terrible as the issue was not even addressed. I made it clear in my original post that my number was not working but there was NO attempt to reach me via email when they could not reach me by phone. Why wouldn’t anyone try another form of communication if they have a secondary contact for me? Clearly, they didn’t care that much to notify me of the cancellation prior to me wasting my time. Secondly, I was told my stylist came down with a migraine – NOT Covid as per the owner’s reply below. Accordingly, the person at the front desk told me i could re-book the next day with her if I wanted to come back. Seems like everyone has made up different excuses to explain away bad communication and service.
