Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy wife did her nails, and the disrespectful person who works with “Crystal”, kept on talking about their life with inappropriate language. While the appointment, she cut my wife’s finger with the file, and proceeded to pretend like nothing happened. Before the appointment, it was also visible that she doesn’t even replace towels nor the tools that are used in the jobs she does. This looks unhygienic and really unprofessional. Technically, no manicure was done! They use the same tools with every person and just put some alcohol on them!!! My wife did her nails, and the disrespectful person who works with “Crystal”, kept on talking about their life with inappropriate language. While the appointment, she cut my wife’s finger with the file, and proceeded to pretend like nothing happened. We were both cut with what seemed like a used and worn out nail file. Most importantly, in my mom’s case, the “final product” was horrible. The manicure was not the same design she asked for, and the nail polish was outside of the nail itself, therefore, making the whole thing messy. Lastly, the other manicurist who was working during the time we were there cursed so much. I don’t mind if you’re the cursing type, but don’t be yelling it around clients. My mom and I got our nails done by Krystal, and what can I say— the service was poor quality. Truly, if I could give zero stars, I would. We were both cut with what seemed like a used and worn out nail file. Most importantly, in my mom’s case, the “final product” was horrible.
