I love this place a lot. I have had bad experiences in many nail salons but Nei is the best. She is nice. Knows what she is doing and listens to what you want. Which is apparently hard to come by at other places.

I’ve been looking for a new place to get my nails done close to my new home and I most definitely found it! I made an appointment during my lunch hour to come in at 5:30…I’m so happy I found a place open a little later because I work at a doctors office and it’s hard to get things done!

Nice job on nails, but a WARNING to check your bill. I was charged $50. for my nail dip the first 2 times I went there then was charged $60. on the 3rd visit. Not too happy about getting over charged or charging more each time The manager, Kate was not very helpful on resolving the problem. BAD BUSINESS! Sad that she prefers to leave a customer unhappy. It would be different if I was charged 60. from the beginning, then I would not be complaining. When I called to make an appointment I asked the price and i was told $50. My nails were the same length and were always 5 coats.. the first time the tech offered it. All I ask is to be fair and not up the price after the fact.

Not a clean place . While I was sitting there for 20 mins, my feet in cold water, wait for someone to take care of me. I was looking around the place. All Soup and salt glass jars are covered with dust. I was offered the pillow with bunch of the long black hair from previous client was attached to.

I made an appointment and when I went they didn’t have my name under an appointment so I waited 30 minutes until they took me, the girl who did my pedicure, “Lin” seem beginner, picked up the wrong color then left me with a bad coat and started with someone else, I choose luxury manicure & pedicure with dip coat then to my surprise they didn’t do luxury manicure with dip they decided to do dipping only, I will never go to them again. Very bad customer service.

I’ve been going here for the past 6 months. I truly couldn’t ask for a better nail salon experience. I am the kind of girl who sticks to three colors and one shape for most of the year. Partly do to work and because I know I will love it. I get a hard gel manicure which gives me the natural look I like and gel pedicures. The color I picked was too light (the girl has already applied one coat tho so I wasn’t gonna say anything) and she actually suggested to pick a darker color.
