My daughter recently got a so called “balayage” from this salon that I paid $170 for. Her hair is severely damaged and there was barely anything done to it at all except a few chunks of orange streaks on the top and front pieces. I just took her to another salon and they were appalled at what was done and for the cost of the service. I would highly recommend not going here unless you want to be completely ripped off.

I needed my hair trimmed and she was recommended as I have curly hair and not everyone can cut it. Evidently trim means cut to Jenna because my hair is so short I can no longer put it in a pony; that may not be a big deal for most, but my hair grows incredibly slow. And she cut the right side shorter at that! When she washed my hair she soaked the entire right back side of my body, even my bra and panties were wet. I wasn’t offered a towel or an apology, just an adjustment of the sink.
