Critical: ProfessionalismI kept hearing that this nail shop was the best around. So being someone who runs like clockwork to get my nails done every two weeks…I thought I found my spot. Well I couldn’t be more wrong. I stupidly paid a fee for securing my appointment. Cool. A temporary hold. Well I wasn’t able to make it to that app due to my son being sick. So I tried again. I made an appointment and right before I left, I stopped at my husband’s squadron to get my card from him. When I was leaving, I stepped off the last two stairs wrong and fell, thinking I broke my ankle. So my husband and Co worker come running out and help me stand. I can’t put pressure on it. So my husband gets in and takes me to the ER. On the way there, I’m crying and worried…I tell the manager that I may have broken my ankle and was enroute to the ER and wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. So I get charged $20+ for missing that appointment. There was no understanding, not a care. Just wanted the money and I can’t go back because I gave an honest review on yelp. Which turned into the owners boyfriend stepping in and trying to talk s*** as if he was there. NO THANK YOU. I kept hearing that this nail shop was the best around. So being someone who runs like clockwork to get my nails done every two weeks…I thought I found my spot. Well I couldn’t be more wrong. I stupidly paid a fee for securing my appointment. Cool. A temporary hold. Well I wasn’t able to make it to that app due to my son being sick. So I tried again.
