Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wish I read the reviews before I went to the nail saloon. I would NEVER go back. I wanted dip colors from a picture on my phone, so I was given all the color selections and had to match the picture myself. In addition, I was burnt multiple times by the drill file. The owner Kathy had to help out since my dip was bumpy and sanded down to my nails, and she had a scowl about it the entire time. My mom got gel nail polish perfect match, and her toe and nail colors where completely different colors. No one noticed until we were leaving. I wish I read the reviews before I went to the nail saloon. I would NEVER go back. I wanted dip colors from a picture on my phone, so I was given all the color selections and had to match the picture myself. In addition, I was burnt multiple times by the drill file. Kathy was so angry with a customer for refusing to pay because she didn’t like her nails, that she ended up filing mine so thin. I’ve very upset I paid $85 for a full set with gel polish and a pedicure with regular polish. I will never go back and recommend you go somewhere else. There’s an amazing salon called Picassos down Hillsboro a little west. Not only are my nails horrible, but three broke a few days after I got them done. Kathy was so angry with a customer for refusing to pay because she didn’t like her nails, that she ended up filing mine so thin. I’ve very upset I paid $85 for a full set with gel polish and a pedicure with regular polish. I will never go back and recommend you go somewhere else. There’s an amazing salon called Picassos down Hillsboro a little west. Less cost and much better nail techs that actually care about the services they’re providing.

I wanted ballet slipper so I was thrown like 5 nail colors selections at me. Cut me twice and looks like a 2 year old painted not only my toenails but my skin and its all lumpy. Now the nexgen is a complete mess after burning me 7 times with the drill I said 10 times don’t file the sides I like them square lmao they are round of course and you see the drill marks and the dip has darker pink streaks. I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money and afternoon. Made an appointment for 2 waited 45 minutes for the worst pedicure and dip in my life. I wanted ballet slipper so I was thrown like 5 nail colors selections at me. Cut me twice and looks like a 2 year old painted not only my toenails but my skin and its all lumpy. She started doing something different and I thought it was a different way they were doing things. Turns out she was doing French! I said to her that I said i wanted red not French because I never do French! She said ohhh why you didn’t stop me blah blah! Listen if I knew what you were doing obviously I would stop you it’s almost Christmas and you think I got time to spare??? Nah! It’s deeply unprofessional also how they keep talking in other language that I can’t understand and they kept laughing. At the end she charged me as a French and I complained and said I shouldn’t be charged for something I didn’t ask for. Then she said “ok then I’ll cut your nails off”.
