I received a Dip Manicure & No Chip Pedicure. Mia did a good job on my manicure. Someone else did my pedicure, and it was okay as well. The 4 stars is because there were minor imperfections with both services that I noticed, but no one else would notice with just a quick glance. I would like to give some constructive criticism. I believe there is a time management issue at this salon. It seems like they over book which affects the quality of service. Everything felt rushed. I hope that this can be fixed moving forward because I would like to be a repeat customer.

I will start with saying I have explored a lot of various nail salons in the Madison/Huntsville area and this place has by far been the best. High quality and affordable nail prices. I walked in on may 3rd without an appointment and was seen in 5 minutes. Was out of the chair in less than an hr. The second picture is may 28th. No breaks just two gems missing. Highly recommend Alice. Very quick and efficient work. Definitely will recommend and be back!!

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Alice did an amazing job with my nails. She shaped them to perfection and executed my design so well. I’ve had so many problems at previous nails salons but I have now found my home. The environment is so inviting and clean. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.

I am a regular here & love it (when my desired nail tech does my nails). Today I had a horrible experience. I came in with no appointment after being told to come back during the week when they opened. I did just that & my preferred tech was already working on someone. I said I would wait but then was asked to come back tomorrow because she was booked up for the day. I said ok & left out to try and catch my husband but he had already left so I came back in requesting to just have them removed because I had a nail that was lifting. Another tech by the name of Annie told me to sit in her chair so she could remove them. She starts to pluck them off one by one. It was painful & she eventually ripped my pinky nail off with the over lays and it was down to the meat and bleeding. She still tried to cut it off while it was bleeding & I asked her to stop. I said that I would try to remove it properly at home. She proceeds to try and glue what’s left of my nail. She literally put the tip of the nail glue directly on my bloody nail which is disgusting. I say all of this to say I will never again let another person who isn’t MIA OR ALICE touch me again. Also do not let them force you to have your nails ripped off. Request a proper soak off.

I have officially made Alice my go-to nail tech. Im very picky with my nails. I don’t like a lot of acrylic on my nails I think it makes my nails look bulky. You can show Alice a picture of what you want she knocks it out of the park EVERY SINGLE TIME. She is so nice & professional. She is talented and keeps up with the latest nail trends. Anything you want I know she can do it. Alice & Mia are the best. Tony is great too. You are in great hands if you go to them. Everyone there is super nice & professional. The shop is super clean.
