went for a pedi and a new nail set. pedi was alright. nail set took two hours!! one of my nails is crooked, they look like they need a fill and I just had them done on 11.28. told the nail tech that you could see the gap between the cuticle and the acrylic. she tried fixing it but my guess is she didn’t understand. way too expensive! I’ve paid way less for more work and thicker acrylic.

First time here and my expereince is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 10 am for a pedicure. It’s 10:30, someone still isn’t here. They only have one lady doing pedicures on a SATURDAY. You’re better off going somewhere else as a walk in if you’re looking to get anything done. So disappointed

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey didn’t take me on time even with an appointment. I had an event in 2 hours which I gave notice of when i made the appointment on the phone, and they took 2 and a half hours on my nails & the quality did not show that these nails took 2 and a half hours. I had to wait for a separate person to do the design, which took even longer. I was sat waiting for 30 minutes. Remember I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET FOR 4. Didn’t leave until 6:30 with smudged nails and had to pay $67 for horrible service and horrible nails. Why make an appointment if you’re not gonna honor said appointment? On the phone the lady said they were “booked all day” & then proceeded to take walk-ins. INCREDIBLY unprofessional and disappointing. Hospitality 0/10 and service was also 0/10. Patient with my 3year old who wanted her nails painted like mommy ❤️ quality of nails was impressive and lasted weeks until I decided to remove them. Took star off for lack of receptionist/update on my appointment, so I just waited at the front until I was spoken to. Maybe less people working that day?

Got to the appointment at the time I made the appointment and was pushed aside for a friend of the tech that came in 30 minutes after me and asked for a pedicure.
