I received a gift card for 95.00 for my birthday and was not able to use it because I was caring for elderly parents. When I got a chance to it was 3 days past the expiration date and they would not let me use it. Just 3 days. I let Hung know that it was given to me by a long time customer and he still did not care. He said “No exceptions” This sounds like very poor busy practices to me.

Interactions were very friendly and the place seemed to be very clean and well put together. Aside from that my nails were meh. Not great but not horrible. Some weren’t stuck down all the way and 2 are pretty crooked. Color is very nice. Thought it would be more opaque but I’m fine with it. Over all would go back but would not get tips added.

I like this nail shop. They do decent work. Prices not too high. They stay very busy, so it’s best to get there early or make an appointment. Only problem I have is that they have 2 older techs working there and they don’t do the best job. Not being mean, just honest… But I’ll continue to go to this establishment, but only if I can get a appointment.

Disappointed, my two granddaughters had their first mani pedi, they enjoyed it. They went home and took a bath and both of them had 2 nails polish come off. It was disappointing. People were nice.
