Me and my sister got both our nails done with Kim, she was wonderful and did such a great job on our nails! I got tips added on with sns and a flower design!! I payed 90$ for nails and they turned out bad. I didn’t mind to pay the price if they looked like the photo on the right but at the end of it all they turned out To be bad looking the lines were messed up, I asked for square and he gave me “coffin” and they just look really bad in my opinion … I should have just told him to take it all off and not even have paid. The left photo is what I got , no where near the 2nd photo that I showed lol .. I went to them before and they’ve done good but this time it wasn’t good at all and I did have a guy do mine this time but I will never be going back !!! Waste of money.

Unprofessional service and overcharged price. Staff are rude and generally don’t care about your nails. They are always somehow in rush so be prepared to get hurt when they are doing ur mani. $55 for fill/in. Nails broke in less than 2 weeks. Always charges a lot of extras for fixing nails polish removals etc. Would never return again. If you want to save your money go to somewhere else.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueYou get a different nail tech every time you go even though you want one in particular! I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old and I’m 33 now and because of them and the terrible service they provide I just decided to say hell with getting them done!! The male tech that sets in the front rushes and cakes the gel polish on and can’t get a shape correct or even nails!!! Oh if you get long nails they can’t get the acrylic on thick enough on the tip of your nails that you wind up breaking the tip off and you tell them this and they tell you it’s because of the shape you pick! No its because you don’t apply enough acrylic on the tip of my nails!! I’m only getting coffin shape so why would that be the reason for breakage a day or two later when I’m not doing anything rough with my hands to brake my nails!?!?You get a different nail tech every time you go even though you want one in particular! I have been going to this nail salon for around 4 years now. I give this nail salon a 5 star review because they truly do their best to accommodate you, I had a wonderful young man do my toes the last time I went in, he did a fabulous job and did exactly what I asked for exactly how I like it. He didn’t rush, took his time, and made sure the quality of his work was up to par, super appreciated!!! I had walked in only to get my nails done, was immediately sat with a woman named Kim, and not only was she extremely friendly, but she worked in such a manor I can’t even begin to explain. I had a dentist appointment at 2 and was worried I wouldn’t have time if I decided to also get my toes done, Kim assured me she would make sure I had plenty of time to make it to my dentist, had my previous set off in less than 5 minutes, helped me pick what color tips I wanted, and we had conversation that meant more than most would at your typical nail salon. She did an amazing job not only with timing, precision, and patience, but a good laugh, great company, and good times!! I will forever highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a consistent place to go.

First time here. The staff was welcoming and very efficient. I came in for a fill and a small design along with reshaping of my nails. The gentleman that did my nails was quick and precise. The lady who did the design was awesome. I took a picture in and she was able to replicate it effectively. Total time spent from in the door to out the door, mind you there were 3 others in front of me, approx 90 mins. No nicks, cuts, lumps or bumps. I will be back
