I used to enjoy coming to this salon, very clean and good service but over time the service has decreased and my most recent visit will be my last. They rushed through the entire service and my pedicure was an absolute mess!!! This wasn’t the first time I left less than happy but I kept going back because there were more good experiences here than bad but with so many other options there is no need for me to spend my money to be treated that way. I asked for a correction and was dismissed 🙁 My pedicure was so bad that I went somewhere else the next day and paid to have it done again.

Yes, the place is very nice and clean. Took daughter for prom pedi and mani. She was passed around to three different people. She showed them a pic and it did not look like the pic, although they tried saying the angle in the pic made it look different. The lady got upset, said my daughter did NOT speak up. They tried to fix it…so I’ll give them credit for that. But nonetheless, it was unprofessional to argue w/ eachother infront of us. My daughter said she spoke up several times…ultimately she was ignored. 🙁

Today I had a manicure and pedicure. I am giving this a rating of 2 because my pedicure was actually good. For the outrageous price beware of your cuticles and a poor outcome from the technicians abilities. The location is very nice and the staff is too but they need more training and experience for such a high price they charge. Overall I do not plan on returning because of the lack of abilities by my technician.
