The first time I visited here the nail tech simply did not want to listen to my requests of how short to trim my nails. If I’m paying for a service being done to my body then the person providing the service needs to listen to how I want my body treated. Period. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 4 times.

Bad bad customer service so happy I left….I walked in today to get a full set and acrylic pedicure as well so maybe spending about $150 plus tip……over heard a woman laugh about me wanting to get a set done on my feet…..haven’t heard about that what no way!??it’s crazy how she started laughing about the situation and not only that but with another customer also this is sad!they’re so rude and every single person that works there we’re in a bad mood!would not recommend no one to them awful!I feel as if no matter what service anyone wants no one should laugh about it!I live in shelbyville but would definitely prefer taking a drive to a nicer place and who have great customer service!this made me vomit!

I usually go to a nail salon in louisville however I was coming through here and needed my nails done desperately. I gave this place a shot and it was awful from the beginning, I should of just walked out before she got started. My nail tech was the older lady.. I showed her a pic of what I wanted which was just black tips with a thin line of white below it. EASY… She started talking ab how good she was at doing nails blah blah blah.. bc I was a new customer. She #1 cut my nails way way too short, I had her take off 2 of the nails she applied bc they were crooked, she didn’t drill hardly at all!! 1 drill and she was done! She started painted my “french” in the color black and it was all uneven, had smudges all in it.. She redid every single nail and some more than once bc she couldn’t keep a steady hand. Now here comes the white line underneath the black.. omg I think a 4 year old could do better. Then at the end she tries to charge me $50?? Are you kidding me. Needless to say don’t ever trust the older lady, poor thing needs to retire. Oh and before I sat down she was working on a really old lady and was being extremely rough with her hands and forcing them under the dryer. I’ve heard a lot of people say they use cheap products and I believe it. I got my nails done yesterday and today they’re hurting so bad!! I’m probably about to go pay to have them taken off. Steer clear from this place, especially the older nail tech.
