This place was once a nice place to come get your nails done. Not so much now. It is NOT a spa like experience. You cannot relax in a QUIET environment and enjoy a little pampering. The staff is loud! Obnoxiously so! They are holding loud conversations with one another while working and not allowing their clients a moments peace. It’s a shame. Don’t waste your time or money if you’re looking for a quiet pampering experience. Geesh! It’s a shame because they do decent work.

Hello I’m latisha and I was there Monday and I wasn’t please with how my nails came out looking I paired $60 for gel nails and the length I wasn’t happy with or the shape it’s not what I wanted and then my nail came off I would either get a refund or get the whole set done over because I didn’t want my nails this short plus the mail came off the staff was very respectful so I’m going to call and talk to the manager and see what they can do.

Having recently relocated to SC, I tried a few places before Luxe was recommended to me. It seemed all the locals who have great nails patronize this business. The nail professionals are all friendly. You are immediately greeted at the door. Both Doug & Kelly have done my nails & I don’t have a single complaint. The staff don’t rush you out the door. They take pride in their work. I’m very pleased to have found my new nail care home.

I went here for the first time ever on Saturday. The day before mother’s day. I can say they are clean and offer alot of services. But when it came to my nails they dropped the ball. My acrylic was too thick when I asked for it to be thinner. The shaping was bad. An within an hour later off me leaving I had polish coming off. Here we are 4days later and my nails look like they been on 2weeks already

This is my first time having a horrible experience their. I’m definitely not happy with my nails and I’m going back for them to fix them. My acrylic is too thick and I’m just unhappy. Never left there disappointed, but yesterday was a horrible experience for me. SMH…. I recommend people to this place, but if my nails don’t get fix I’ll have to seek another nail place. I pay nothing less than $100 in this place and I’m extremely disappointed.
