Stay clear worst service ever. I made an appointment for 10:30am 8/23. Walk in came in before me, they attempted to help the other one first before me regardless of having an appointment. I was in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before anyone came over. I was with Kim. The pedicure was okay nothing special. My appointment was for a mani/pedi. They had no idea what I was getting done and annoyed when I needed a mani too. They rushed through the gel mani and my nails are already messed up less then 2 days ago. I went to this location because of how close it is to me but I would go anywhere else. They overbook themselves and have no time management skills. Price over the phone was 30 for gel mani/ 35 for gel pedicure and they bumped it up $10 stating they gave me the price for regular polish when they gave me gel prices. She was shocked I questioned her regarding it. These were my nails for vacation and already left otherwise I would go back and have it fixed. Very disappointed and would not return.

Beautiful job and amazing staff. I brought my mom here after years of not having a pedicure… she was concerned and also very embarrassed, but the staff made her feel very comfortable. I want to thank Tim especially for doing such a great job on her feet but also her self esteem! Also, thank you Kim as for doing such a good job on my pedi as well!!

I thought the salon was nice. My nails turned out great. The only issues I had was the wait and the state of my toes. I waited soaking my feet for 45 minutes before someone got to me and the woman who did my pedicure dug at my big toes so much that they are sore and bleeding now. I will go back for manicures but I am not so sure im interested in getting pedicures there anymore.

I have followed Chi to this shop and even had my husband come. Been getting my nails done with her for almost 5 years if not more. I was very disappointed when we confirmed an appointment by text and I walked in (after texting I would be late) and she never responded to not come. I’ve waited countless times for her and even let her do others eyebrows while I waited. I walk in and she tells me, I thought it was another Nicole. What difference does that make, an appointment is an appointment. She then tells me to come back tomorrow when I clearly said I was traveling and needed the appointment I set. Mean while, I was less than 10 minutes late. Never went back.

2 horrible experiences at this location. There is an environment that has been created to treat customers like trash. This place I will never step foot in again. I would not waste my time if I were you. Too other places were people are professional and kind. I don’t know what happen at this location but the entire staff needs training on how to engage with customers. It’s sad.

Joe is excellent. My nails always look very pretty when he’s finished. I am particularly pleased with the way in which he cuts my cuticles. The cuticles never look unhealthy when it’s time to have my nails redone.

They do not follow the rules and regulations of cosmetology. They do not use the disinfectant for the tools. The nail tech had them inside of a cough drop container why are they allowed to do that? Where are the inspections for these nail salons??!!
