Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe ladies that gave us a pedicure were not very professional or friendly and acted like they’d rather be anywhere but there. No idea why they dislike their job so much but it was not a very pleasant experience. I need a heavy touch or I am very ticklish. When I said as much the lady just stopped scrubbing and didn’t even complete the rest. Did not file toenails either. Just painted them badly and was done. The ladies that gave us a pedicure were not very professional or friendly and acted like they’d rather be anywhere but there. No idea why they dislike their job so much but it was not a very pleasant experience. I need a heavy touch or I am very ticklish. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe nail technician took my young daughter in with little wait and gave her a lovely experience. It is clean and comfortable. We have very sensitive skin and my daughter came out with a gorgeous manicure and pedicure and feeling cared for. Her nails still looking good and holding perfect for a number of days yet. The nail technician took my young daughter in with little wait and gave her a lovely experience. It is clean and comfortable. We have very sensitive skin and my daughter came out with a gorgeous manicure and pedicure and feeling cared for. Her nails still looking good and holding perfect for a number of days yet. We will return and I will love to get mine done too!
