Absolutely ridiculous I sat for almost 3 hours and got horrible service and didn’t get even close to what I asked for. 93 dollars wasted so I can go to another salon and pay again to have them fix it. I asked for the blue eyes in the last picture and the tips to be the same as the second picture. All I got was eyes that was it. Worst experience and they’re a “top rated” salon. The girl next to me was there even longer having to have her nails completely redone as they messed her first set up. Waste of time and money. Let me also say I had an appointment as well and got taken at 1113am and just left at 148pm.

It has been a long time since I did a mani/pedi. Maybe a few years. Things like “hombre” didn’t exist the last time I came into a nail salon. The front desk woman may have been having a bad day and seemed a bit rude when responding to my questions. Almost responding like I was stupid for asking. But she was better when my experience was complete and I was at checkout. I guess everyone just has bad moments. Lisa was my toe nail tech. She was very kind and did a great job doing my French tip using a thin brush. I didn’t catch my my hand technicians name. But he also did a great job and used a thin brush for my French line.

Most painful pedicure I’ve ever had. I’ve had little places where I’ve bled before (haven’t we all), but LISA completely ripped my cuticle bed out of 2 toes. They legit bled for 30 minutes. Left this salon in tears after she put some liquid in it to “stop the bleeding”, it sent such a sharp pain shooting through my whole toe; I had to get up and leave. DO NOT USE LISA (Red Head)!!!

The wait to be seated took a few minutes because I came with my friend and signed In with her name so they got confused. They were very kind, professional and very sanitary. They did very good with my nails and application, 5 star because I recommend this place if anybody is in Maryville wanting nails or pedicures!
