I’ve been coming to Luxe for a couple months now and I have loved them since the first time I visited. But this past time they completely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I got my nails done and chose the ‘almond’ shape and a clear glittery color. Once I was done I wasn’t soooooo satisfied with my selection but didn’t say anything because I figured it would grow on me. I waited 24 hours and I still just didn’t like them. I called Luxe nails and they were to professional and understanding with me and even booked me an appointment during their busiest time to get me in. He changed my color and took the tips off and no cost to me. This business just earned a loyal customer. They didn’t HAVE to do that but they did. I honestly felt very embarrassed even saying anything because I didn’t want to be ‘that person’ but they were so polite and happy to help me. I will definitely be back for all future business and absolutely love Luxe nails!!

Very cute place and friendly techs! The customer service was great that’s why I’m giving a 3, but not happy with my nails. French tip very bulky and uneven. They were kind enough to redo them but even that was just ok. I paid $129 for pedi and nails tip included. Not spending that amount ever again. Dip powder

This is my second time giving Luxe a second chance… It did not go well. I came in for a pedicure.. The tech that did my pedicure was very nice, but kind of pushy. I had picked out a normal polish color, which he pressured me into getting gel bc we are going to the beach… He never once actually massaged my feet. He literally massaged the same spot on my calves for five minutes. Used the pumice stone so briefly I didnt even realize he had done that part of the pedicure. The most shocking part of this was I paid $57 for a half a– pedicure. I will NEVER go back to Luxe for anything. Only reason i did give another chance is bc Nail Zone was booked up. Future reference, dont go anywhere except to see Tom at Nail Zone. Now thats what a real pedicure is.

This place is trash…i made an appointment, APPOINTMENT for my girl and they took 4 walk ins before her and then the little Asian dude jusged my girl because she was wearing he hunting camos and said he couldnt do what she wanted and she told him “i never said what i wanted” and he still said he still couldnt do what she wanted…she asked if they do acrylic nails and he said yes but still said he couldn’t do what she wanted…..but thank you because i didnt waste my money on a place like this

He did an incredible job, checking with me throughout every step to make sure I was happy with them before he kept going. They turned out flawless!!

Really the only thing I would change is that I did not personally see them sanitize the equipment but the place looked clean overall. Their prices are decent. I think a basic mani starts at 20. My tips and dip was around 70. Thank you luxe !!

The salon is beautiful and large. They were short staffed when I went and I waited an hour but the gentleman that did my fill and polish was very gentle and did a great job. It’s kinda pricey for an acrylic fill, $54.

Walked into the door wearing my mask to get a mani/pedi. Three guys at the front desk and all other employees without masks. I signed in and went to look at the nail color selections on the wall 5 feet away. The guys begin yelling at me that I can’t go look at the nail polish until I walk all the way back to the back of the store to wash my hands. They were ‘sanitizing’ the bottles. OK. I am all for sanitizing and cleanliness, but let’s be consistent. Not a single other precaution was being implemented; no hand sanitizer, no masks, no distancing or clear walls between the client and the employee. Just me being yelled at to walk to the back to wash my hands. Gave me real concern for the sanitation of their tools if they have this little knowledge of infection control. Needless to say, I left and went across the street and had a wonderful experience!
