The guy working did mine. Said maybe 5 words to me the whole time. Nail polish on my fingers and nails. Never had them look this bad after paying $55 I have never not liked my nails after having them done professionally until today. Willnot go back Nail painting, Gel manicures

My wife has been going there since it opened! She has spent lots of money with them bringing our granddaughter on most visits! She went in today 4-19-22. You have to buy a $10 manicure kit for hygiene purposes. You can either leave them there or take them with you and bring them back. My wife has always left hers there. She went in today for a simple manicure the salon was not busy and one of the manicurist said go find your own kit my wife said well that’s a first they’ve always brought it out. She looked and looked and looked could not find it. The manicurist went on to say it was not her problem very rude offered no help and said lots of people spend money here sarcastically. She will not be back to the salon! Poor customer service.

You Could Not Pay me to Ever step foot in this establishment again! The 1st time I went I told them I wanted a set of nails and pedicure. They had me seated, doing pedicure, before telling me no one there could do a set of nails. They got me for the pedicure though! I decided to give it a chance and made an appointment specifically with nail technician that could do set of nails and another pedicure. This was to be 3 days before my daughters wedding . I arrived and waited 15 min before they put me at pedicure station to keep waiting. After 10 more minutes, I asked where my lady was that was going to do my pedi and acrylic nails. They said “oh she is not here”. I asked who was going to do my nails and got the same old “we cant do set of nails”. Are you kidding me?!?! I left and went to DL Nails where they promptly and professionally took care of me!! Do NOT go to Luxe Nails!!!

Love these girls! They are fun to talk to and do a great job. I love that you have to buy your own kit now. One time $7 (unless you forget your kit) and I know it’s only used in my feet. Beware of extra charges. ..I made appointments for my daughter and myself to get pedicures. I was surprised when we arrived that we were told that we MUST purchase a $7 bag with pedicure items. If we did NOT purchase this (in my opinion..overpriced cheap bag) we could no longer get pedicures there. She made it sound like it was state requirement (which it is not I found out later). There were also extra charges for services due to supplies for Covid. I explained my daughter was out of town & would not be visiting their location again, therefore did not want to spend the $7. So she was refused service. I asked if my daughter and I could share a kit and was told no. It was not a positive experience. I will not be returning.

To address the other person about the $7 bags, these are wonderful, they are putting items in these bags that can’t be cleaned sufficiently, I would LOVE being able to pay the 7 dollars to have clean nail files etc that have only been used on me.
