Best nail salon experience you could ask for! I am always greeted by such friendly faces when I arrive. Everyone in the building is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This nail spa is the best I have ever been to, hands down. Their customer service is above excellent. Cindy did a lovely and speedy job on my almond shape dip powder nails. Rose was gentle, had great attention to detail with my pedicure. Already have my appointment booked to see these ladies again soon!

Went with a picture of what I wanted, I showed them and they said they would get the right tech for me. When she finished my nails the first time they were not what I wanted but I had no time to stay. The shape was not what I asked for,they looked sloppy, and the acrylic was THIN. I let them know I would be back the following day. Day 2 I go back and I different lady worked to fixed them, still not what I wanted but better. The same day a nail broke, I didn’t even notice didn’t hit them or anything. Overall paid $100+ and tipped every time I came back to get something fixed. NOT WORTH IT!

This place is AMAZING! The weekends are their busiest and were so quick and efficient. When I arrived they sat me immediately and took their time with my manicure and pedicure. The staff was very friendly and overall affordable compared to other places I’ve been to. Definitely recommend! I’m sharing a picture of their prices since I couldn’t find any before coming here. I went to Luxe nails a week ago to get my nails done for my wedding. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they said they could do it. I don’t remember the nail techs name but she asked if I wanted my cuticles cleaned up and cut and I said yes. After all was said and done, they weren’t exactly what I requested but I didn’t complain. I just paid and left. Exactly one day later, my cuticle was inflamed. By day two, the actual day of my wedding, it was completely swollen and infected. I have treated it with neosporin, alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide. The picture attached is what it looks like now. A week after getting them done. I will never go back to Luxe, because it’s clear they don’t sanitize anything properly.

Heidi and I just sat there and chitchatted the entire time getting my nails done. I came in with a picture of what i wanted and she said she’d love to do it! She then went the extra mile and did a practice run on a fake nail to show me what they’d turn out like before she started on mine. I’ll be back and requesting Heidi from here on out.

Requested black and red ombre and Phillip did not disappoint! ❤ I will become a regular here. Environment was calm and the complimentary drink was a bonus. My only complaint was that he didnt push back my nail beds at all byt I am overall satisfied with my nails I really loved his technique for the ombre as well and he was very gentle.
