I always have a great experience here! I have Doug as my technician for a sport pedicure and he is amazing! He is very detailed and makes sure to really clean up my cuticles and shape my nails. He also gives a great massage and laughs because I am so ticklish! The spa is very clean and updated. The massage chairs are very comfortable! I love being able to book online as well! I highly recommend Luxe Nail Spa!!

I was super excited to try this new nail salon in my area because of the high ratings and how clean and fancy it presented itself. The service was great I never had to wait but my nails did not last. I got acrylic gel French tip pink nails on April 29 and they were already popping off by May 6 I got surgery so I wasn’t doing the routine like dishes and cleaning. I remained in bed and still, my nails began to come off instantly. While I was at the shop I wanted to tint my eyebrows as well as wax and the girl proceeded to wax way too much off my brow. When I requested my tent she didn’t know how to properly shape my eyebrow and I could have just done it myself. The prices here are very high for mediocre work and I’m very unimpressed with how long my nails lasted me. I will not be returning to this location.

I am from out of state and was worried to use someone other than my regular tech. I have ombre acrylic and only needed a fill and a pedicure. I know all salons use different brands and colors so I was worried they’d give me push back or say they couldn’t match my current color. No issues at all! Looks AMAZING!! I actually like this place better than my salon back home! Locals or out of towners- use this place, they do not disappoint!!

First time going was very hopeful of a good experience. My pedicure was great, the lady who did them was very friendly and she did a great job. They switched me to someone else for my acrylic nails. He started off by using a cuticle cutter to rip off what I already had on. He did not let me soak and when I said it hurt and I wanted them soaked off he said his way was fast. I was in no rush and it was also not busy. Either way no excuse to damage my nails. I also told him I wanted to keep my natural nail under the acrylic and he ended up cutting them. He also left space between my real nail and the fake nail he glued on. So I’m really hoping water doesn’t get trapped and I get fungus. Horrible service and experience will never go back.
